Cypronetwork Consultancy Group or rather the first company of the Group, which is now the parent company C. M. Cypronetwork, was founded in 1991 but has been involved in the provision of services since 1987. The Group comprises 10 subsidiaries, all of which specialise in different fields.
C. M. Cypronetwork has gradually developed into the group it is today, as renowned professionals such as Michalis Vryonides and Spyros Rayias have joined it and additional companies have been created to embrace a broader scope of activities. These companies include Q.M. Quality Management Network, which was created in 1997 and CMR (Cypronetwork Marketing Research), which was founded in 1999. In 2000, the company took up a stake in Avacom, it founded Global Development Network and acquired 51% of Environmental Management, Divine Advertising and Global Data Solutions.
The Group has also signed strategic deals with Talal Abu Ghazaleh, the largest auditing firm of the Middle East, for the exchange of consultancy services, and with Britania and Johnson Wax for the creation of a joint venture in Cyprus, which will provide ACCP services via the Internet to the Middle East, Cyprus, Greece and other Balkan markets.
The Group employs 65 staff at its 10 subsidiaries, 55 of whom are specalist consultants, statisticians, engineers, advertisers, sociologists, psychologists, certified accountants, etc. The Group is widely regarded as the leading provider of consultancy services in Cyprus.
It has representative offices in Cyprus, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Egypt, Kuwait, Greece, UK, Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary, Bulgaria, South Africa, Zimbabwe and the UAE.
The activities of Cypronetwork are divided into four main fields: Marketing and Communication, Management Consultancy Services, Financial Management and Management of European Programmes and Projects.
Marketing and Communication was the original field of Cypronetwork’s activities. It includes Market Research, Strategic Marketing, Communications, Public Relations and new fields such as Export Marketing, Franchising and Multimedia Production.
Management Consultancy Services is the second traditional field in which the company is active. It includes Business Planning, Human Resource Organisation and Development, Quality Assurance, HACCP, Environmental Management, etc.
Financial Management, the third arm of Cypronetwork’s activities, includes techno-economic research, mergers, acquisitions and IPOs.
Finally, the Group is involved in the management and provision of support services for European Programmes and Projects. This scope of activity also includes specialist services for the tourism and hotel industries and for SMEs.
Given this very broad scope of activity, Cypronetwork is in a position to offer integrated solutions to its clients and fill a gap that had previously existed on the Cypriot market.
The company has recently been rewarded for its hard work and contribution to the Cypriot services industry with an award from the Employers’ and Industrialists’ Association (OEB).
The company’s clients include major organisations such as J&P, KEO, KEAN, CHRISTIES, AVACOM, M&P, C.T.O., CYTA, EAC, Ministries, municipalities, etc.
Cypronetwork fulfills the criteria to list on the CSE. Although it has considered the possibility of going public, it plans to wait until the time is right for the company. Whether the company seeks a listing or not, its future prospects are excellent. The Group has a strong presence both in Cyprus and abroad, its services are in demand and its strategic partnerships are expected to further boost its activities.
