Abu-Ghazaleh Global Digital (TAG.GD) has organized the graduation
ceremony of the fourth batch of “Talal Abu-Ghazaleh One Million Scholarship
Higher Education Digital Scholarships for Palestinian Refugees and Displaced
Arabs” program. The celebration was held at Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Knowledge Forum
headquarters.
On this
occasion, HE Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh, TAG.GD founder and chairman, has aid: “I
am delighted to celebrate the graduation of an elite students who have received
their digital Master’s degrees in the digital era, where knowledge is
increasingly driven by technology, information, and communication. Education is
the catalyst for everything, and I remain committed to supporting the
educational journey of all Arabs.”
He added,
“Today's youth have a great opportunity to be creators of knowledge to pursue a
never-ending journey of learning. Graduates must realize that this is not the
end, but rather a true beginning, one they should seize to enhance their skills
and expand their knowledge.”
For her part,
Ms. Bara Frihat, Abu-Ghazaleh One Million Scholarship manager, delivered a welcoming remarks, congratulating students
for their accomplishment and wishing them continued success. Graduate student,
Ms. Tamara Al Ashi, gave a warm graduation speech, expressing her appreciation
for the Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Global Digital University (TAG-GDU), a member of
TAG.GD, for its support as well as its role in empowering students.
The
graduation ceremony also featured a short introductory video, highlighting the
Scholarship’s goals and areas of study.
The
‘Abu-Ghazaleh One Million Refugees Higher Education Digital Scholarship’ is an
initiative offered by HE Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh for one million students
providing them with fully-funded scholarships for Master’s degrees across a
range of disciplines, including Business Administration in Artificial
Intelligence (PRO-ACTIVE Programming), Business Administration in Information
Technology, Business Administration in General Management, Intellectual
Property, Digital Marketing, and Supply Chain Management, for refugees and
displaced Arabs. It aims to support and empower Arab youth to obtain their Master’s
degrees in various disciplines.
Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Global
Digital University (TAG-GDU), established in 2012, offers distance-learning
master’s programs through the free Open Online Courses (MOOCs), which enable
students to enroll in the best programs offered worldwide. Through TAG-GDU,
students can obtain a master's degree based on the standards of online master’s
degree program accreditation in the United States.
