Introducing Talal Abu-Ghazaleh College of Business, the first real strategic partnership between private and public sectors in the field of higher education in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and the Arab region.
 
The Talal Abu-Ghazaleh College of Business is one of the major faculties of the German-Jordanian University. TAGCB offers BA and MA degrees in the following specializations:
 
  • Financial Sciences
  • Management Sciences
  • Information Technology
  • Intellectual Property
 
Thus, establishing it as the largest professional training center in the Arab region.
 
TAGCB is working on establishing several key partnerships with international centers and institutions in coordination with the German-Jordanian University.

The German-Jordanian University is established to assume a leading role in the technological education and responds directly to the needs of the industry and business communities. The College will dispense courses based on technological undergraduate education currently taught in Germany. It will also benefit from state-of-the-art information technology facilities for both administrative and educational purposes.
 
Objectives:
 
-           to assume a vital role in the administrative, economic, social, and technological development in the region by dispensing German applied-science teaching methods with the support from a Coalition of more than 70 German universities.
-           to adopt a high-quality education policy limiting the number of students in each specialization, by focusing on a practical approach and by applied research in education.
-           to send students to Germany for one year of training and studying, each in his/her field of specialization, in order to be better prepared for the labor market.
-           to strengthen and reinforce the friendship, the cultural exchanges and mutual cooperation in various fields, especially in the education sector, between Jordan and Germany.
-           to educate a new generation of specialized individuals with the necessary skills to perform well on the labor market, through the training and developing of teaching programs and specializations that adapt to local conditions, and the transmission of the required skills for a successful career.
