AMMAN - HE Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh, founder and chairman of
Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Global Digital (TAG.GD) has digitally participated as a
keynote speaker at the International Conference ‘Palestine: The Central Issue of the Nation’ held in Yemen under the slogan ‘You Are Not
Alone’, which convened with wide Arab, Islamic and international participation.
The
Conference aimed at exploring the strategic dimensions of the ‘Al-Aqsa Flood’
battle, along with its civilizational, religious, and cultural dimensions.
It
also analyzed the uprisings in American and European universities, exposing the
reality of Western democracy. Other sessions discussed the Quranic vision of the conflict with
the Zionist enemy and the strategies of the Zionist enemy’s pursuit to
establish the so-called ‘Greater Israel’. The participants further tackled the
dangers of normalization and the importance of the economic and cultural
boycott of the Zionist entity.
In his
speech at the opening session of the Conference, Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh addressed the
people of Yemen, saying, “You have placed the Palestinian cause in its rightful
position, setting a model in advocating the principles of freedom, dignity and
independence. Your actions have demonstrated to the world that true liberation
and independence can only be achieved through perseverance and struggle.”
He went on to emphasize that
nations and peoples can only attain freedom through sacrifices and by paying
the price for the honor of being a proud and a victorious nation.

“As an Arab person I fully
believe in Yemen’s message and principles. Therefore, I am proud that TAG.GD
office in the capital, Sana’a, has been operating since its establishment
nearly fifty years ago, reflecting our deep-rooted ties with this country, its
honorable people, and its great nation,” Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh said.
During the Conference, the
participants called for the urgent need to provide sustainable humanitarian
support to the people of Gaza and Palestinian refugees, advocating for the
establishment of international relief funds dedicated to supporting Gaza’s
residents and those in the Palestinian refugee camps.
Additionally, they strongly
condemned the American aggression against the Yemeni people, especially the
targeting of infrastructure and residential areas, resulting in the loss of
innocent lives. The participants also highlighted the responsibility of Arab,
Islamic, and world nations to extend political and economic support to
Palestine.
It is
worth mentioning that representatives from various Arab, Islamic, and
international countries took part in the Conference, including Yemen,
Palestine, Lebanon, Tunisia, Libya, Egypt, India, and Malaysia, submitting 173
research papers and working documents for discussion.
