‘Nashama Al Watan’ Highlights
Various Success Stories of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Global Digital
AMMAN – ‘Nashama Al Watan –
Jordan Armed Forces (JAF)’ program, aired on Jordan TV, has hosted Talal
Abu-Ghazaleh Global Digital (TAG.GD) to highlight some of its success stories,
its regional and international standing along with its leading role and efforts
in comprehensive development.
TAG.GD was represented in the
program by Eng. Ibrahim Abu Naffaa, executive director of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh &
Co. International (TAGI), a member firm of TAG.GD, who reviewed some of the
activities and services rendered by the Group and its member firms, stating
that the aim of all these efforts is to support all segments of society,
particularly the youth, to achieve sustainable development.
Moreover, Eng. Abu Naffaa
talked about TAG.GD’s history since its establishment back in 1972 and its
progress in delivering its services for more than half a century through more
than 100 offices, offering more than 40 professional services, and how HE Dr.
Talal Abu-Ghazaleh, TAG.GD founder and chairman, was selected and appointed to
handle many international posts and roles attributed to the successes he
maintained throughout his life and business journey.
Eng. Abu Naffaa pointed out
that Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh’s relationship with Jordan dates back to his first
professional beginning in Kuwait, underlining his support to the Jordanian
community and Jordanian Embassy in Kuwait, noting that such efforts were known
and noticed by His Majesty, the late King Hussein bin Talal, who bestowed the Decoration of Independence of the
Third Order upon Dr.
Abu-Ghazaleh in 1967 in recognition of his efforts in the knowledge, technical
and professional fields.
The program highlighted the
professional journey of TAG.GD which continued and expanded in the early 1990s
during which the Group settled down in Jordan, and Amman became its regional
headquarters. In 2016, His Majesty King Abdullah II bin Al Hussein,
bestowed upon Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh the Decoration of Independence of the First
Order. This royal gesture represented a landmark achievement and a source of
pride from the Jordanian Hashemite patronage since the establishment of TAG.GD
up till present.
During the TV program, Eng.
Abu Naffa also touched upon the relation of TAG.GD with the Jordanian Armed
Forces and the multiple aspects of cooperation with the Forces’ various
departments and associations, including cooperation with the National Center
for Security and Crisis Management, and the Economic and Social Foundation for
Military Retirees and Veterans in providing consulting services, organizing
lectures in various fields of knowledge, and the signing of a memorandum of
understanding with the JAF- Arab Army, which resulted in establishing the Knowledge
Stations by TAG.GD in different locations affiliate of the JAF.
At the end of the program, Mr.
Abu Naffaa reiterated TAG.GD’s ongoing commitment toward the youth by offering
them the required training programs, similar to its professional commitment
toward its clients who exceeded one million clients in an increase rate that
reached up to 25 thousand clients, pointing to thousands of thank you letters
from government and non-government institutions and individuals received
through decades of hard work.
