AMMAN – Talal Abu-Ghazaleh
Global Digital (TAG.GD), and Reach Publishers “Kaleela”,have signed a
cooperation agreement.
The agreement was signed by
Mr. Salaheddin Eid, executive director of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Projects
(TAG-Projects) and Ms. Ruba Hatamleh, Kaleela project manager.
The cooperation agreement aims
at unifying the two sides’ efforts in developing and publishing high-quality
digital Arabic content by producing and distributing educational and cultural
materials via technological platforms, serving students, teachers, and readers
from different age groups,in the Arab region.
Moreover, the agreement
stipulates supporting digital transformation initiatives in the educational and
publishing sector, enriching the digital Arabic content through joint
coordination and partnership in producing interactive electronic books,
stories, and curricula, with the aim of facilitating access to knowledge in the
Arabic language via modern technologies, in addition to collaborating in
establishing educational electronic platforms that meet the demands of the new
era of technology.
Commenting on the agreement, Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh, TAG-GD Founder and
Chairman, has expressed his pride in the partnership, emphasizing its
importance in supporting the digital culture and enhancing integration between
the private sector and knowledge-based institutions that serve the Arab
community.
For his part, Mr. Al Otoum, “Kaleea” General Manager, has affirmed
his pride in collaborating with TAG.GD, pointing out that this partnership
represents a shared vision to advance the Arab leadership in the digital
publishing field by leveraging technologies to serve education and culture.
It is worth mentioning that this initiative represents the two
sides’ commitment in delivering innovative and high-quality content that meets
the age of knowledge requirements and opens new horizons for spreading
knowledge in the Arab region.
