
AMMAN – HE Dr. Talal
Abu-Ghazaleh, founder and chairman of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Global Digital
(TAG.GD), has participated, as the Guest of Honor, in the graduation ceremony
of the 62nd Cohort of
Cadets from Prince Faisal Technical College, which is affiliated with the Royal
Jordanian Air Force (RJAF). The ceremony took place at the College campus, in
the presence of senior officers from the Jordanian Armed Forces and the
graduates’ families.
Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh was the only
guest from the private sector to attend the ceremony; an acknowledgment of the
longstanding and strategic relationship between TAG.GD and the RJAF. This
enduring collaboration extended over years of fruitful cooperation, represented
in supporting and promoting technical and professional education and
training.
During the ceremony, the
Commander of the Royal Jordanian Air Force, Brigadier General Pilot Mohammad
Fathi Hyasat, warmly welcomed Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh, praising TAG.GD’s vital
national role and substantial contributions to the RJAF’s efforts, especially
in areas of education and institutional development. Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh had also
attended the official luncheon held in celebration of the occasion.
In his remarks, Dr.
Abu-Ghazaleh expressed his deep pride and admiration of the RJAF, highlighting
the high level of education offered at Prince Faisal Technical College in terms
of preparing and empowering young national talents. He reaffirmed the
importance of partnership between the public and private sectors in building a
modern educational ecosystem that meets the demands of the future, saying:
“We are proud of our
longstanding partnership with the Royal Jordanian Air Force and we remain fully
committed to supporting its educational and technical institutions by offering
all our expertise and resources at their service. This commitment reflects the
vision of His Majesty King Abdullah II to establish a knowledge-based economy
driven by creativity and innovation.”
In an outstanding gesture, Dr.
Abu-Ghazaleh announced the donation of a fully equipped “Knowledge Station” to
the College, including ten state-of-the-art laptops exclusively manufactured
and produced by Talal Abu-Ghazaleh for Technology (TAGTech) – a member firm of
TAG.GD. The Station, to be named “Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Artificial Intelligence
Station”, is intended to provide students with a technologically advanced
learning environment to enhance their skills in the fields of artificial
intelligence and digital
transformation.
The ceremony included
impressive military parades, the awarding of certificates to the graduates, and
the honoring of top-performing and distinguished graduates. It also reflected
the national spirit of loyalty and belonging of the Royal Jordanian Air Force
and its unwavering commitment to preparing a highly qualified generation
well-equipped graduates to serve the nation with excellence and dedication.
