Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Knowledge Forum (TAG-KF), a member of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh
Global Digital (TAG.GD), organized a training lecture for a student delegation
from Aisha Bint Abi Bakr First Secondary School for Girls and Al-Nuzha
Comprehensive Secondary School for Girls, entitled “Information
Technology and Its Impact on Institutional Practices in the Private Sector –
Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Global Digital As a Model.”
This initiative comes as part of
ongoing efforts to enhance students’ knowledge of technological advancements in
line with the labor market’s evolving needs and requirements, with a goal of
preparing a generation equipped to meet future challenges, especially in the
fields of digital skills.
The lecture was delivered by Mr.
Saleh Basyouni, trainer at Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Digital Training (TAG Digital
Training). During the session, Mr.
Basyouni reviewed key concepts related to digital transformation and the
latest advancements in information technologies, including Artificial
Intelligence (AI), machine learning, cloud computing, information security, and
the Internet of Things (IoT). He also presented practical examples showing how
these technologies are applied in the private sector in general, and within
TAG.GD in particular.
Mr. Basyouni also discussed the
essential skills that the youth need to succeed in today’s digital work
environment, emphasizing the importance of continuous learning, the development
of both technical and soft skills, and professional and ethical commitment as
key factors for achieving competitive excellence.
It is worth mentioning that hosting
student delegations and providing them with practical knowledge reflects
TAG.GD’s dedication to supporting and empowering students, as well as enhancing
their skills in preparation for competing in future job market. This initiative
is also part of TAG.GD’s commitment to social responsibility to help build a
young generation capable of leading professional progress across various
fields.
