AMMAN - Implemented by Talal Abu-Ghazaleh &
Co. International (TAG-Consult), a member of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Global Digital
(TAG.GD), and funded by the German Agency for International Cooperation -
Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ), the Training of Trainers
(ToT) program was launched for Jordan’s judges and cadres Minister of Justice,
as part of the ongoing efforts to develop institutional capacities and enhance
the efficiency of the judicial sector in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
Training of judges is conducted at the Jordan
Judicial Institute, while cadres of the Ministry receive training at the TAG.GD
headquarters, by TAG-Consult experts in management and organization.
The program aims at empowering
participants with the necessary advanced skills in transforming knowledge and
professional training in a way that effectively contributes to building
national cadres capable of training others within the judicial institutions.
This is intended to enhance the legal and administration knowledge
sustainability.
In this context, Eng. Ibrahim Abu
Nafaa, TAG-Consult executive director, stated that this initiative is part of
TAG.GD’s integrated strategic vision that aims at raising competency to reach
justice channels, enhancing knowledge transformation within the government
institutions, as well as maintaining the long-standing expertise of judges
and Ministry’s employees.
The program incorporates a set of
specialized training topics, focusing on training methodologies, the
development of training content and packages, as well as the assessment of
training needs and impact evaluation. This structure ensures the program
focuses on enabling participants to transform their legal and practical
expertise into systematic training content, ultimately contributing to building
an institutional environment rooted in continuous learning and knowledge
exchange.
This program serves as a model of
effective collaboration among the private, public, and international sectors in
building a more efficient and sustainable judicial system based on knowledge,
professionalism, and enhanced access to justice.
In this context, TAG.GD takes
